Introduction
This section contains the answers to the questions frequently asked by owners and tenants on the management and operation of The National as well as containing useful information on the myriad of issues that usually confront new residents moving into the complex.

It is intended that this section will be progressively developed and that it will become the heart of the website and the location to which owners and tenants turn in the first instance to solve a problem or to get information. Its maintenance will therefore be afforded the highest priority.

We wish to point out that a number of the topics and issues addressed in this section are also covered in the Owners Corporation Rules.

We are aware that the people who use this section will be key to its overall usefulness and quality and we therefore strongly encourage their comments on any aspect of it.
